8 of 2016 Date of Assent: 22nd April, 2016 Date of Commencement: See Section 1 AN ACT of Parliament to amend the Vetting of Judges and Magistrates Act, 2011, and for connected purposes ENACTED by the Parliament of Kenya, as follows 1.This Act may be cited as the Vetting of Judges and Short title.
