40 THE KENYA REGIMENT (TERRITORIAL FORCE) (REPEAL) ACT, 2016 AN ACT of Parliament repeal the Kenya Regiment (Territorial Force) Act ENACTED by Parliament of Kenya, as follows 1.

This Act may be cited as the Kenya Regiment Short title.
