Act.

1.

This Act may be cited as the National Assembly Remuneration 2.

(1) The persons for the time being holding the several ofces Payment of salaries specied in the rst column of Part I of the First Schedule shall each and allowances.

Mileage allowance in respect of any journey made in Kenya of the National for the purpose of attending Assembly other than the Speaker, (a) a sitting of the National Assembly at which the Member the Deputy Speaker, attends; or the Vice-President, other Ministers, and (b) a meeting of any committee of the National Assembly Assistant Ministers.
